Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Luton
Rate: £110 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only

Are you a qualified HLTA ready to take on a new challenge this September? A forward-thinking Primary School in Luton is seeking a confident, proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team and play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about education, confident leading groups, and skilled at working with pupils with a range of needs, including SEN.

* A solid understanding of SEN and how to adapt learning accordingly
* Passion for education and pupil progress
