Marston’s is seeking a General Manager for The Blue Jay in Derby, a high-volume pub and hotel with 38-bedroom accommodation above the venue. The role offers a salary up to £55k plus bonus and a generous package, including on-site accommodation and award-winning training.

You’ll lead a strong senior team, drive performance across front- and back-of-house, and manage multiple revenue streams while maintaining a community-focused approach and excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience in running high-volume pubs or hotels.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales.
• Experience in hotels or multi-faceted businesses is a plus.
