Hawksmoor St Pancras is seeking a Food Runner to join our fast-paced team. You will help deliver dishes from kitchen to floor with accuracy, contribute to a smooth service, and assist both kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure guests receive timely, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Food service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn Hawksmoor standards.
• Able to communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH.

Responsibilities

• Run food from kitchen to floor accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and front of house during service.
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and reach guests promptly.
• Support the floor team by resetting tables and assisting service when needed.
• Help maintain clean, organised service areas.
• Learn menu knowledge and Hawksmoor service standards.
