Job summary

Hawksmoor St Pancras is seeking a Food Runner to join our fast-paced team. You will help deliver dishes from kitchen to floor with accuracy, contribute to a smooth service, and assist both kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure guests receive timely, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Food service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn Hawksmoor standards.
• Able to communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH.

Responsibilities

• Run food from kitchen to floor accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and reach guests promptly.
• Support the floor team by resetting tables and assisting service when needed.

As a Food Runner at Hawksmoor you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth, high-quality service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the kitchen and front of house teams to ensure dishes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll be on your feet throughout service, supporting the flow of the restaurant and helping create a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable
