Responsibilities

• Handle a broad private family law caseload including divorce and financial remedies.
• Manage private children matters and Child Arrangements Orders.
• Oversee Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders.
• Handle cohabitation disputes and separation agreements.
• Advise on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
• Engage in negotiations, mediation and settlement discussions.
• Prepare for court applications, hearings and advocacy where appropriate.
