Farnborough College of Technology is seeking enthusiastic English teachers to inspire 16–18-year-olds toward GCSE and Functional Skills English. Applicants should hold a degree in English or equivalent, a recognised teaching qualification (QTS) or be committed to studying toward one, and ideally have FE teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English or equivalent.
• Qualified Teacher Status or working towards one.
• Experience teaching English at FE level is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Teach GCSE English and Functional Skills English to 16–18 students.
• Plan engaging lessons and develop schemes of work.
• Assess, mark and provide feedback to students; track progress.
• Uphold safeguarding and college policies in lessons.
