Job summary

Supply Staff LTD in East London is seeking a dedicated Drama Teacher for a secondary school. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons across key stages, inspiring students to develop confidence and creativity through performance arts.

The role is full-time (5 days a week) with daily pay and clear progression paths. You should hold QTS/QTLS/ECT or PGCE, a relevant degree, and an enhanced DBS. DBS Update Service or willing to apply is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Drama Teacher in a UK secondary school is required.
• QTS/QTLS/ECT or PGCE with relevant degree.
• Deep knowledge of drama curriculum guidelines and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted curriculum lessons across key stages.
• Guide student behaviour with clear boundaries and positive reinforcement.
• Assess, track and report student progress to senior staff.
• Collaborate with the department to design and implement learning targets.
