Teaching Personnel is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Andover and the surrounding area. This role offers flexible day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities, with focus on classroom leadership and continuity of learning.

Ideal candidates are graduates or experienced education professionals seeking flexibility, with experience working with young people and a commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Communicating lesson instructions and expectations.
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
• Maintaining a calm, inclusive and productive classroom.
• Encouraging students to engage with and complete their work.
• Supporting students with additional learning needs.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
