Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across different subjects and year groups and oversee work set by teachers.
• Create a calm, safe and purposeful classroom environment and keep pupils focused and motivated.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusion and collect completed work; liaise with teaching and curriculum staff.
• Support small-group interventions, pastoral duties, detentions, trips and administrative tasks when cover is not required.
