Job summary

Wmjobs is seeking a Full-Time Cover Supervisor to join our school’s cover team in Bewdley. The role supports lessons in the absence of a teacher and may involve subject-specific duties. A strong classroom presence and ability to manage student behaviour are essential.

The position operates on a term-time basis plus five training days, with hours 8.30am–3.30pm, Monday to Friday. This role may evolve into Enrichment Supervisor responsibilities supporting school enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths, English & Science.
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training.
• Opportunity to undertake PE training to cover practical PE lessons.

Responsibilities

• Cover classes in the absence of a teacher and manage student behaviour.
• Support the enrichment programme and house system when not deployed to cover lessons.
