Responsabilidades

• Classroom Management: Supervising students during lessons to ensure they remain on task and follow school policies.
• Delivering Set Work: Distributing and delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and resources.
• Supporting Learning: Answering students' questions and encouraging participation.
• Monitoring behaviour: Addressing and escalating issues as needed.
• Flexibility: Covering various subjects and year groups as required.
