Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
• Experience teaching KS4 Business Studies.
• Ability to teach KS5 Business Studies.
• Experience with planning, marking and assessment.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5.
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Business lessons.
• Take responsibility for planning, preparation and marking.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students preparing for examinations and assessments.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the department.
• Create an engaging learning environment linking Business Studies to the wider world.
