Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, attentive dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables, reset them quickly, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Handle guest payments (cash and card) accurately and responsibly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant each shift.
• Support team members during busy periods and help create a positive, welcoming environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Participate in restaurant events and special functions as needed.
