Qualifications

• Experience working behind a bar in a quality hospitality setting.
• Passion for drinks and hospitality, with willingness to learn.
• Confident and personable when interacting with guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high beverage and guest service standards.
• Prepare and serve drinks accurately, efficiently and consistently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Explain drinks menu and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain product knowledge and bar presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with waitstaff and management during service.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked and well organized throughout service.
• Complete opening and closing duties to the required standard.
