Job summary

The University of Southampton is seeking a Teaching Fellow in Anatomical Sciences to join the Centre for Learning Anatomical Sciences at Southampton General Hospital. You will deliver undergraduate anatomy teaching across gross, micro, developmental and neuroanatomy, and support curriculum development in a lively department.

The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of anatomy, practical teaching experience, and be prepared to contribute to scholarly activity within Medical Education.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of anatomy and sub-disciplines.
• Experience demonstrating anatomy in practical classes.
• Understanding of the Human Tissue Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate anatomy teaching across gross, micro, developmental and neuroanatomy.
• Demonstrate anatomy in practical classes and supervise students.
• Contribute to curriculum management and development within Medical Education.
