Role description:

Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.

We are looking for an experienced Design Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects.

Role can be performed remotely for overseas projects

Role accountabilities:

  • consult, advise, and represent the client through all phases of design and construction-related aspects of data center projects.
  • Work with stakeholder groups and third party consultants, design consultants, construction management firms, and construction contractors to administer the design and/or construction contracts
  • Coordinate and track design packages directly with the client and client assigned contractors
  • Work across multiple projects, add learnt lessons to create improvement
  • Manage/ identify potential risk and escalate
  • Support in contract negotiation
  • Adhere to client practices and processes
  • Assessment and evaluation of process
  • Support in gaining necessary permits

Qualifications & Experience:

First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You pride yourself for the part you play in transforming the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. You are a technically capable and come to us with:

  • Engineering/ Project Management background
  • Consulting experience is desirable
  • Data centre or large scale construction project experience - preferable
  • Understanding of design process - High level
