Job summary

Flint UK Technology Services is seeking experienced DV-cleared engineers to design, build and operate resilient, cloud-native infrastructure for the UK's most sensitive environments. You will join a high-security engineering team delivering automated platforms, improving deployment pipelines and embedding security in the life cycle.

Expect to work with Java, Python or C#, and hands-on DevOps tooling across Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, plus Docker and Kubernetes in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

The Opportunity Working as part of a highly skilled engineering team, you'll develop and support modern platforms using automation, cloud technologies and Infrastructure-as-Code. You'll play a key role in creating scalable, secure environments, improving deployment pipelines, and embedding security throughout the software delivery life cycle. • Strong software engineering experience using languages such as Java, Python or C#
• Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tooling, including CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containerisation technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving engineering environment
• Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is essential

Desirable Experience

• Background in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• Experience implementing secure-by-design or DevSecOps practices
• Previous work within defence, national security, government or other highly regulated environments
