Here at Anson McCade Recruitment we are currently working with one of the largest professional services firms in the world, offering a wide range of services including audit, tax, consulting, advisory, and financial advisory. They are currently looking for an experienced Performance Tester to bridge the gap between their customers' needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibilities main responsibility is to guide and lead the team on Scaled Agile Framework values, principles, and the Scrum framework

• Define large and complex performance test approaches for test delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand and clarify non-functional requirements.
• Provide advice on testing tools and leverage them effectively within testing activities.
• Review non-functional test practices and coach the team on improvement opportunities.
• Work with other technical teams to identify and deliver the required test environments, data, tools, and monitors.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at the client.
• Strong understanding of the performance testing lifecycle, from planning through test execution and reporting.
• Proven commercial experience in writing, maintaining, and executing performance test scripts.
• Expertise in performance test tools such as JMeter, Gatling, K6, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
• Deep understanding of application monitoring with tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Experience with solution architecture for cloud applications, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• AWS Cloud Certified, with certifications from other cloud providers also beneficial.
• Experience in testing within an agile delivery environment.
• Expertise in test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead small teams.
• Strong business acumen combined with technical ability.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and often changeable client environment.
• Strong academic record.

Our hybrid working policy You'll be based in London, Bristol, or Manchester and work hybrid. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect, and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. In addition to remote working, you'll attend your local office, virtual collaboration spaces, and client sites, depending on the role's requirements.

• Very competitive salary up to £68,000 per annum
