Job summary

Experis in Reading is seeking an experienced IT Supplier Manager to take ownership of supplier strategy and performance within Defence, MOD, Aerospace or similarly regulated programmes.

You will work with Digital, Procurement, Commercial and Finance to optimise relationships, manage risk and drive improvements across the supplier landscape.

3+ years' experience required; DV clearance highly desirable; role involves engaging senior stakeholders and operating in secure, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT Supplier Management.
• Experience with supplier contracts, governance and performance frameworks.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance and risk management.
• Experience in Defence, MOD, Aerospace or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement IT supplier management strategies.
• Manage full supplier lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and governance activities.
• Monitor SLA achievement and service quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and risk reduction.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract management.
