CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is hiring a DV-cleared Security Manager for a high-profile government Command Centre at Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes. The role sits across Cyber/SOC, NOC, infrastructure, service management and physical security, with leadership of multiple specialist teams.

You will coordinate significant incidents, maintain a common operating picture, brief senior leadership, and drive runbooks and escalation processes to support a 24/7 operational model.

Qualifications

• DV clearance is essential and current.
• Significant experience in operational command or major incident management.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams during complex incidents.
• Strong understanding of SOC/NOC, infrastructure and IT service management.
• Experience operating in a 24/7 environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and briefing senior leadership.
• Strong decision-making and prioritisation under pressure.
• Experience managing escalations and coordinating third-party suppliers.
• Ability to maintain an accurate operational picture across concurrent issues.
• Experience developing runbooks, escalation processes and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior operational authority for the Command Centre during shifts.
• Maintain a clear Common Operating Picture across cyber, network, infrastructure and security operations.
• Coordinate responses to significant incidents and service disruptions.
• Set operational priorities and engage appropriate specialist teams.
• Manage escalations across technical and operational teams and suppliers.
• Provide concise updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Deliver operational briefings covering incidents, risks and activity.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide challenge where needed.
• Bring in technical specialists for deeper expertise when required.
• Own AV and command-wall capability across SOC, NOC and feeds.
