Role Overview

A 3rd Line Network Support Engineer is needed to join a specialist engineering team supporting a highly secure government project. The role involves maintaining, upgrading, and monitoring a large-scale enterprise network to ensure the availability and performance of critical services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working with Juniper devices, Citrix ADC (formerly Netscaler), and SolarWinds tools
• Supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure
• Conducting patch management and upgrades
• Monitoring network health and resolving incidents
• Collaborating within a fast-paced team environment

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong background in 3rd Line Network Support
• Experience using Junos SPACE
• Hands-on experience with Juniper, Citrix ADC, and SolarWinds
• Must currently hold or be eligible for DV Clearance
