Requirements:

1. A current practicing certificate for either the SRA or CILEX
2. A solid, established client base
3. The ability to independently manage your caseload and work autonomously
4. Experience in marketing and business development to build and expand your caseload
5. Strong advocacy skills with a willingness and capability to conduct your own advocacy
6. Technical expertise and procedural competence
7. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve financial targets
8. Excellent client care skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in this area
9. The capacity to establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties
10. Upholding professionalism and integrity at all times
11. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as needed
12. Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
