A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Duty Risk and Mental Health Practitioner to deliver first-class clinical care in a remote setting. The role requires experience within NHS mental health services and offers opportunities for professional development. You'll need to manage risk presentations and support clinical processes while working closely with service users and healthcare stakeholders.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Duty, Risk and Mental Health Practitioner to join us in a new role within an established team. You will operate across several Talking Therapies services, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to provide first-class clinical care.
Requirements:
This role offers a chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be involved in working as a Duty and Risk Mental Health Practitioner in a regional team, liaising directly with service users, the Talking Therapies team, GPs, and other agencies, including secondary care.
You will also support staff with clinical risk management and safeguarding processes, and handle client contact primarily via telephone, often with distressed individuals, to screen suitability and facilitate referrals into secondary mental health services.
Applicants with experience in risk management and knowledge of primary and secondary mental health care are encouraged to apply. The position is remote but may include occasional team-building days at Vita Health Group bases. You will need private space for confidential calls.
