About the job
Lead all aspects of the day-to-day resource management of South Western Railway Drivers, Metro Guards and Commercial Guards. Ensuring delivery of a safe, punctual train service within budgetary guidelines. Proactive management of train crew resources to minimise train service delays.
Your main responsibilities will be:
As a minimum, you will need to have:
Working pattern
Average of 42 hours per week over 5 days.
24/7 hours
Early turn 0640-1355
Late turn 1340-2155
Night turn 2140-0650
There are spare shifts which if needed will pick up any of these shifts.
