Job Description:

As a Duty Practitioner, you'll provide support and advice to individuals who have experienced homelessness at our client's male scheme. You will ensure that customers feel comfortable and are able to manage their tenancy, as well as signposting them to additional support services such as housing, healthcare, and social services.
