Tesco UK is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team, impacting community health positively through prescriptions and healthcare advice. This role offers career development through leadership training and emphasizes inclusivity in a diverse workplace.
At Tesco, people are at the heart of everything we do, and this couldn’t be truer for our pharmacy team.
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.
We want to help you be at your best, whatever life brings. That's why we’ll offer you uninterrupted "me time" away from the pharmacy to relax, refuel, and recharge.
Aside from these healthy breaks, you’ll also have plenty of career development opportunities with leadership training plans from industry experts, so there’s every chance to progress. And if you’ve got ideas for improvements, we’ll ensure you’re given the chance to be heard.
It all adds up to a role where you can do good, and feel good, while developing your career. Let’s make every day a little better.
Our Duty Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients, while maintaining safety for everyone.
Tesco Pharmacies offers colleagues a high level of flexibility and control over their work rotas. This enables routine overlap periods with other pharmacists on duty, allowing collaboration on patient care and colleague development.
We understand that life looks different for each of us. That’s why at Tesco, we welcome conversations about flexible working. Whether you're starting your career, caring for loved ones, approaching retirement, or balancing other commitments, we’re here to support you. Please discuss your needs with us during your application.
Everyone’s welcome
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) at Tesco mean that regardless of your background or identity, you should feel represented and free to be yourself at work. In short, we’re a place where Everyone’s Welcome.
