Tesco is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to enhance community health and support pharmacy operations. This role involves providing customer healthcare advice, training staff, and collaborating with healthcare networks. With a focus on inclusivity and professional development, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives while advancing your career.
At Tesco, people are at the heart of everything we do, and this couldn’t be truer for our pharmacy team.
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.
We want to help you be at your best, whatever life brings. That's why we’ll offer you uninterrupted "me time" away from the pharmacy to relax, refuel, and recharge.
Aside from these healthy breaks, you’ll also have a wealth of career development opportunities with leadership training plans from industry experts, so there’s every chance to progress. And if you’ve got ideas for how we can improve, we’ll ensure you’re given the chance to be heard.
It all adds up to a role where you can do good, and feel good, while developing your career. Let’s make every day a little better.
Our Duty Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams, such as security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients, while maintaining safety for colleagues and customers alike.
Tesco Pharmacies offers colleagues a high level of flexibility and control over their work rotas. This enables routine overlap periods with other pharmacists on duty, fostering collaboration on patient care and colleague development.
Everyone’s welcome
To us, inclusivity means everyone’s voice is heard and you feel comfortable bringing every part of yourself to work. We celebrate and value everything that makes you, you. We ensure all colleagues have equal access to opportunities. As a large and diverse business, we can find something that works for you.
