Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a dedicated team, support pharmacists, and deliver high-quality customer services. The role focuses on patient care, community engagement and leadership development within Tesco’s pharmacy network.

You will be responsible for managing workflows, coaching colleagues, and maintaining compliance while contributing to Tesco’s mission to improve community health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and registered with GPhC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and empower a team.
• Willingness to join PVG scheme and DBS checks as part of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services.
• Provide healthcare advice to customers and support community health.
• Lead, train and develop colleagues in partnership with Pharmacy Manager.
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries; ensure NHS payment claims are accurate.
