A leading company in the pharmacy sector is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to impact community health positively. This role involves providing healthcare advice, supporting charity programs, and managing pharmacy team development. Tesco offers career advancement opportunities with flexible working arrangements to balance personal and professional priorities.
At Tesco, people are at the heart of everything we do, and this couldn’t be truer for our pharmacy team.
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.
We want to help you be at your best, whatever life brings. That's why we’ll offer you uninterrupted "me time" away from the pharmacy to relax, refuel, and recharge.
Aside from these healthy breaks, you’ll also have plenty of career development opportunities with leadership training plans from industry experts, so there’s every chance to progress. If you have ideas for improvement, we’ll ensure you’re heard.
It all adds up to a role where you can do good, feel good, and develop your career. Let’s make every day a little better.
Our Duty Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, to ensure a smooth experience for customers and patients while maintaining safety for colleagues and customers.
Tesco Pharmacies offers flexible working arrangements and control over work rotas, enabling overlap periods with other pharmacists for collaboration on patient care and development.
