Boost your interview chances
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at a leading company, you'll have the chance to influence many lives through community pharmacy services. You'll manage the pharmacy's operations, support your team, and engage in charity programs to provide healthcare advice. With focus on personal development and flexibility, this role offers various career advancement opportunities.
At Tesco, people are at the heart of everything we do, and this couldn’t be truer for our pharmacy team.
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.
We want to help you be at your best, whatever life brings. That's why we’ll offer you uninterrupted "me time" away from the pharmacy to relax, refuel, and recharge.
Aside from these healthy breaks, you’ll also have plenty of career development opportunities with leadership training plans from industry experts, giving you every chance to progress. If you have ideas for how we can improve, we’ll ensure you’re given the opportunity to share them.
It all adds up to a role where you can do good, and feel good, while developing your career. Let’s make every day a little better.
Our Duty Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients, while maintaining safety for colleagues and customers alike.
Tesco Pharmacies offers colleagues a high level of flexibility and control over their work rotas. This allows for routine overlap periods with other pharmacists on duty, fostering collaboration on patient care and colleague development.
