• You’ll supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
• You’ll play an active role in our charity support programs, advising people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
• You’ll support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues.
• You’ll support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries.
• You’ll ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.

• You’ll have a Pharmacy Degree.
• You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team.
• You’ll be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme – we’ll assist you with this when you join.
• You’ll complete a DBS check (organized by us) before employment.

Our Duty Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, to ensure a smooth experience for customers and patients while maintaining safety for colleagues and customers.

Tesco Pharmacies offers flexible working arrangements, enabling routine overlap periods with other pharmacists to discuss patient care and colleague development.
