This is a part-time post; the salary will be pro-rata'd to the hours worked.

WD Leisure Trust is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our operational management team at the Vale of Leven Swimming Pool.

As a Duty Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the leisure facility and will be the main interface between the service and our customers. You will ensure the effective supervision and daily operation of Vale of Leven Swimming Pool, including planning the operational delivery of frontline services and implementing WDLT's Health and Safety Policy and Arrangements to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all employees and customers.

This role entails supervising a range of frontline staff, assisting with the promotion and marketing of facilities and services, dealing effectively with frontline grievance and disciplinary matters, and implementing WDLT's HR policies and procedures.
