Job Description:

Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour + extra incentives for night shifts, including up to £150 service charge per month!

We have full-time roles available (30-40 hours).

Working hours are from 2 am to midnight, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.

About You:

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, love leading teams, and want to make a daily impact.
  • 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check are required.
  • Applicants must be 18+ due to responsibilities within the Bar Duty Manager role.

Duty Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage opening, closing, and daily operations, solving problems proactively.
  • Lead your team during busy shifts, maintaining high energy and positivity.
  • Encourage excellent customer service and serve as the main point for customer and team inquiries.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail leadership, especially night shifts, is preferred.
