DUTY MANAGER – BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT, STARBUCKS

Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your total to £15.30 per hour.

We have Full Time roles (35 hrs) available.

Hours of operation are from 2am to 11pm, with flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.

About You:

About the Role:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations, solving problems on the spot.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, maintaining high energy and positivity.
• Inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service and handle queries effectively.
• Focus on results, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Previous experience in busy hospitality or retail, especially night shifts, is preferred.
