Who you will be:

• Have previous experience working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or an RM within a fast paced environment
• Have flair, charisma, and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
• Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and restaurant management team
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Experience with Italian hospitality would be an advantageous.
