Job Introduction

Duty Manager - Nottingham and Market Rasen Racecourses

  • £32,000 per annum
  • 5 days per week

Jockey Club Catering was formed in 2009 to provide outstanding catering and hospitality at all of The Jockey Club's racecourses nationwide. With a portfolio of 15 racecourses, Jockey Club Catering delivers exceptional race day experiences over 333 race days a year through great people and amazing customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee daily venue operations for Nottingham and Market Rasen Racecourses, ensuring excellence in guest service
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team of hospitality professionals
  • Optimise efficiency and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

About you:

  • Proven experience in hotel management or related field
