RETAIL DUTY MANAGER - M&S Victoria East
Responsibilities
- Results focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
- Lead a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail environment (minimum 2 years experience) and drive action.
- Shift pattern: Full-Time 40 hours per week, working any 5 shifts out of 7; flexible across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
- Manage operations with attention to service quality and customer experience during every shift.
- Pay rate and incentives: £13.31 per hour plus an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am (effective rate £14.81 per hour).
Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous experience leading a team (minimum 2 years) in a busy Hospitality or Retail environment is ideal.
- Due to certain responsibilities, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
