Robinsons Brewery in Crewe is recruiting for a Duty Manager to lead shifts, coach teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and drive performance across the bar and restaurant.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes energy, confidence, and a passion for hospitality as you help reopen and elevate guest experiences in a long-standing family-run business.

About the role

As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with the General Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and our guests receive the best possible experience.

From leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor, to handling challenges and driving service standards, no two days are the same.
