Hub Box is looking for a Duty Manager - Floor to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.

As a Duty Manager - Floor, you will:

• Lead the Floor team in delivering our service standards and customer experience
• Manage, coach, mentor, and champion our standards and team culture
• Identify opportunities for team growth and development
• Recruit and select new Floor team members
• Achieve targets related to Bar P&L and KPIs
• Organize rotas to ensure appropriate staffing levels behind the bar at all times
