A leading sports organization is seeking a Duty Manager/Fitness Instructor at the National Badminton Centre in Milton Keynes. The role involves providing excellent customer service, overseeing center operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualification and strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends is essential. This is a permanent position with a salary of £27,000.

Hours: 37.5, permanent (shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays)
Role Summary:
Duty Manager/Fitness Instructors are responsible for providing a safe andwelcoming environment for all visitors to the NBC – from Olympic athletes and Badminton England staff to lodge guests, museum visitors and club members using out fitness facilities. This role requires someone who is willing to working morning and evening shifts during both the week and weekends, beadaptable, customer-focused and able to work both independently and as a part of a team, while providing an excellent fitness experience and ensuring the smooth running and safety of the centre. The role also includes ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are followed and compliance records are maintained.
