Job description

We need a team of Duty Managers to help run and make our Widnes cinema a great place to visit and work!

Duty Managers play a key role in a busy cinema environment. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in this role. You will support the Cinema Manager in daily operations and lead Customer Service Assistants. A helpful and approachable personality, along with previous supervisory experience, is highly desirable.

What does the job involve?

  • Providing friendly and helpful service to customers
  • Supervising team members and ensuring key tasks are completed
  • Supporting management to ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Communicating targets and objectives to the team
  • Assisting in training team members
  • Handling cash management responsibilities
  • Driving concession sales
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all public areas
  • Delivering high standards of presentation and display
  • Stock management in concessions areas
  • Staying updated on film releases
  • Working effectively as part of a team

Availability for evening shifts and during school holiday periods is required.
