Job summary

A leading company seeks a highly motivated Duty Manager for East Riding Leisure South Holderness. The role involves maintaining service standards and overseeing health and safety at the Centre. Ideal candidates will have management experience in the leisure industry and specific lifeguard and health safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure industry management with wet and dry facilities.
• Current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification is mandatory.
• Certified in IOSH Managing health & safety and pool plant operation.

The job itself

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as a Duty Manager at East Riding Leisure South Holderness.

The post will involve maintaining high standards of service delivery and being actively involved in the health and safety and operational running of the Centre.

Ideally you will have some management experience within the leisure industry with wet and dry facilities and must possess a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification, IOSH Managing health & safety certificate and pool plant operator’s qualification.

Hours are worked on a casual basis and include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
