Duty Manager – Fitness and Wellbeing Club
Aylesbury FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Bank | Part time

Up to £13.21 per hour depending on experience plus sales commission. Weekday and weekend shifts available.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the business needs and your availability.

Remote work opportunities may be available.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the club, including opening and closing when on shift.
  • Prioritize Member Satisfaction by engaging with members and building strong relationships.
  • Lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold high standards.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the benefits of Nuffield Health.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing issues promptly.
  • Be able to swim to a high standard and undergo training for Lifeguard duties as needed.
