Duty Manager - Abingdon Sports and Leisure

Abingdon Sports and Leisure is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible candidates to join our friendly team managing the operations of the Abingdon School Sports Centre. This position can be full-time or part-time, with potential opportunities to work at Tilsley Park in Abingdon.

Salary: £27,772 to £29,660 from September 2025

The Duty Manager role is diverse, offering a wide range of experiences, including customer liaison, lifeguarding, handling school and external bookings, and general administration. The successful candidates will be friendly, approachable team members with strong customer service skills, administrative abilities, and good IT competencies.
