About the Role:
In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll support the management of our late-night bar operations, leading as Duty Manager to ensure smooth, efficient service – even when the night is at its busiest.
From opening prep to the early hours, you’ll help maintain high levels of energy, team motivation, and guest satisfaction across the venue. Whether overseeing the bar, managing floor operations, or stepping in to resolve guest queries, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track.
You’ll support team performance, coach staff through late-night service, and make sure that every guest enjoys a safe, fun, and memorable night – whether they’re out for cocktails, catching live sport, or dancing until close.
