Hub Box is looking for a Duty Manager to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer on the beach!

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Support the General Manager & Deputy General Manager in leading the restaurant team to deliver our ambitions
• Create opportunities to coach, mentor & train the restaurant team
• Assist the GM and DGM in shaping rotas to ensure the right people are in the restaurant at the right times
• Optimize performance & productivity to improve commercial outcomes
• Ensure the restaurant is safe, sound & compliant by adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, The Good Work Plan & The Working Time Regulations
