Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate to £14.61 per hour.

We have full-time roles available (30-40 hours).

Hours of operation are from 5 am to 8:30 pm. Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Applicants must be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks or work specific shifts due to role responsibilities.

ABOUT THE DUTY MANAGER ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, maintaining high energy and a positive atmosphere.
• Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service; be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Focus on results, stay informed about unit performance, and champion improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail is ideal. Night shift experience is a plus!
