Job summary

InspireAll is seeking a Duty Manager for Pendleton Sports Centre. This permanent role is 37 hours per week with a salary of £26,607.36 p/a pro rata based on FTE 39 hpw (£13.12 p/h).

You will oversee safe, welcoming operation, cover the rota including weekends, coordinate staffing, and manage building security and opening/closing per company procedures. The candidate will have quality systems experience, a Level 2 fitness qualification, and a relevant leisure qualification with extensive

Qualifications

• Detailed experience in quality systems.
• Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification as a minimum.
• Relevant leisure qualification and extensive operational experience.
• First Aid At Work, dry coaching or teaching qualifications are advantageous and can be gained within six months.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll. This post will ideally suit someone who is looking for the chance to progress their career and take on a challenging role.

Your prime responsibility will be to:

• Ensure a safe and welcoming operation, paying particular attention to building presentation and standards of service through effective liaison with all duty staff.
• Work on a rota basis covering the full Centre opening hours (including weekends)
• Co-ordinate staffing resources, ensuring that adequate staffing provision is made at all times.
• Be responsible for building security and opening and closing of the building in accordance with company procedures.

What we are looking for:

• The successful candidate will have detailed experience in quality systems.
• You should hold a level 2 fitness qualification as a minimum.
• You should hold a relevant leisure qualification and have extensive operational experience.
• One or more of the following would be an advantage: First Aid At Work, dry coaching or teaching awards (or have the ability to gain these qualification within six months of being appointed).
