We’re looking for a confident, proactive Duty Manager to join our dedicated team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint. If you're a natural leader with a passion for service and attention to detail, this is your opportunity to shine!. ** What You’ll Be Doing:**. - Conducting regular walk-arounds of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are maintained. - Assisting guests with any needs or concerns, providing swift solutions and a warm, professional presence. - Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their stay and encouraging feedback. - Ensuring all teams (reception, housekeeping, F&B, etc.) are briefed, equipped, and ready to deliver excellent service. - Performing room checks for quality control and readiness. - Supporting adherence to hotel standards and operational processes. - Providing accurate, helpful information to guests about services, local attractions, and amenities. - Acting as the go-to person in the absence of senior management. . . **What We’re Looking For:**. - Previous experience within hospitality. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. - A calm and composed approach in high-pressure situations. - A passion for exceeding guest expectations. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. . . ** Why Join Us?**.
