Job summary

EGO - Sefton is seeking a Duty Manager to join our Liverpool team, assisting the General Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence. You’ll lead a team to deliver memorable experiences in a busy pub/restaurant environment.

Join us in a role that blends hands-on leadership with people development, delivering service that makes every guest feel welcome and ensuring business targets are met in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality team.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to lead and develop staff.
• Comfortable working in a pub/restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
